Started around the second half of the year 2019, ‘Escape Pod Situation’ represents Kevin Silalahi’s (whoosah) own personal journey in sonic exploration, covering different production and recording methods including sampling, sound design, music programming as well as multi-track recording. This self-titled album was intended to reflect inner feeling and realizations throughout these past few years, and with the occuring pandemic rapidly arising, the idea of “Escape Pod Situation” became more and more relevant each day.
