Q: I’m new to the store. What’s the first thing that I need to do?
Hi! Glad to have you here. We strongly encourage you to set up an account so that your future purchases can be stored and re-downloaded anytime (Picture below). You can still make your purchases without making an account, though.
Q: I don’t want to make an account, how can I still proceed with my purchase?
No worries. If you don’t have an account, your download link will be sent to your email. Make sure you write the correct email in the checkout page!
Q: I’ve added my cart with some goodies, now what?
You can either check your cart or go directly to the checkout page (Picture below)
In the cart page, you can either: a) update your cart; b) Delete an item. Your call!
In the checkout page, you have to fill in your information. If you’re a first time user, you have to fill these in manually. Don’t forget to put in your email correctly!
Q: Now I wanna pay up, what’s the best method of payment?
We’re using midtrans for our payment gateway, so it’s pretty easy! You can choose between: a. Gopay (Scan the QR code with your phone); b. Card Payment (Debit/credit); c. Bank Transfer (Mandiri, BNI, Permata & Bank Bersama)
Please keep in mind that there is a bank fee applied when paying via the Bank Transfer! Personally, we recommend paying via GoPay (just don’t forget to top up your balance!).
Shopping for Digital Goods
Q: I’m done paying up. What do I do now?
Well congrats! Click finish transaction and you’ll be transported into a download page. If you’re opening from your phone or you don’t want to download right away, don’t worry! Your download will be saved in your account (Picture below)
Q: What if I don’t have an account and don’t want to download straight away?
No worries, your download link will still be available from your email! (Picture below)
Q: I’m having trouble loading the page, what should I do?
Try clearing your browser cache! Our webpage has been optimized to the best of our ability but if there is a loading error, what may help could be clearing the cache on your web browser; give it a try!
Q: I didn’t get an email to download the purchase, what should I do?
We’ve automated this part for your convenience, but if this does happen to you what you can do first is check your spam and junk mail first! But if you still can’t find the email you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a proof of transaction alongside the item you purchased and we’ll be happy to assist you!
Q: I made a typo in my email, what should I do?
Oh no! First, don’t panic, it happens to the best of us. You can email us with your information any proof of payment
Q: Can I purchase and download through my phone instead of my laptop?
Yes you definitely can! However make sure your phones can directly download and store into your phone.
Q: I’ve received the link to download purchases but it’s taking so long, what should I do?
Downloading files can take a while sometimes but we’ve tried our best to compress every file as much as possible. Make sure your internet connection is stable and make sure that the web browser you’re using is fast too! (we recommend using Google Chrome).
Q: I’ve successfully downloaded my purchase! What should I do with these files?
Well firstly thanks for supporting, it means a lot to us and all the artists available on our site. The files that you’ve downloaded are in mp3 and you can open them using your preferred media player on your device.
Shopping for Physical Goods
Q: Is there any dimension for T-Shirt/Sweater that I can see for a specific product?
Of course! We usually have size charts for every wearable products. It’s in the product pictures. If there isn’t any, you can reach out to us via our socials or email
Q: I ordered the goodies, when can I expect them to arrive?
It usually takes 3-5 days for shipping. We are handling the shipping ourselves, so rest assured that your goods are safe and secured with us!
Q: What’s the shipping coverage like? Do you accept overseas orders?
We are currently only receiving orders from Java and Sumatra. More regions will be added in the coming months.
